Lost connection between OBS and network-based Video Camera

I am in charge of live-streaming our church's services to Facebook Live using OBS Studio 30.0.2 (64 bit) and our Marshall CV630-IPW video camera on our iMac running Ventura 13.6.3 OS. It has been working fine for several years.
Recently, I inadvertently deleted the scene/source within OBS that connected correctly to our camera, and I haven't been able to figure out how to reconnect it.
I can connect to and control the camera via Safari by its IP address, but OBS doesn't see the camera as a Video Capture Device.

Try a browser source instead. When you're viewing the live camera in the standalone web browser, copy the URL that it's actually using for that, and paste it into OBS's browser source. About half the time, that works.
