Loss of images linked to network with good connection

Hello,

I'm a Frenchman, I translated all this via a website so sorry if this is not very well written.

I stream since last November, I stream with Stream Labs OBS, I switched to OBS Studio since then, it works very well, I stream in 1080P 60 FPS without any loss of image but due to health problems at the beginning of the year I had to take a break on the lives, I reset the PC in the meantime which had reset my settings on the stream software to 0, I tried again on 18/02/2022 to stream, and it is at this time that I noticed that I had loss of images due to the network (+60%) during my lives which makes it impossible to stream in good quality, I also contacted my ISP, it confirms me 100% that everything is fine with them and that the problem does not come from them, I checked all the components of the PC, and since it still works very well at the beginning of January, I do not see why it would not work anymore.
I tried via Stream Labs OBS and OBS studio software, on my PC in both cases it gives the same result.

I could give you the components of the computer but since the loss of image comes from the network I don't think that the components change anything especially since as I said before I stream very well without any loss of image and with the same settings as now, I have a pretty good connection I put attached 2 screens of speed test to show you my connection, 2 Screen settings, and 1 zoom on the loss of image if you need other screen or information do not hesitate.

So with all the information I've been able to gather, opinions left and right, we all agree that the problem should come from the software or Twitch, but the fact that for some it works, I'm still confused

I'm going to continue some tests this morning including streaming on another internet connection, and trying to stream with my stream key on another computer, if it fixes the problem I'll let you know but I wanted to post here anyway in case it works

I remind you that I am French so sorry if the screen notably of the parameters of my OBS Studio are in French, if any French people see this you can answer in French and it will be easier for me to do the manipulations and understand everything, I also have a discord if needed but I don't speak English very well and I don't understand English very well orally as I said I use a translator thank you for your understanding for that

I apologize for any spelling mistakes that may have occurred

Thank you in advance for your answers and your understanding

Red Hat VirtIO Ethernet Adapter (ethernet

This is an kvm drivr i think what hard wäre did you use to connect to the Internet

Your Windows seem to run as vm within Redhat Enterprise Linux with GPU passthru. Make sure the network is setup properly with this. Networking with virtualization can be tricky. And OBS is not well supported with running in a vm.

I use the Shadow application as a computer, and I've always used it, I know people who stream on it without any problems, I streamed on it before without any problems too as I explained, so I don't understand why it would come from that, because otherwise it would never have worked before

The drivers are up to date I checked, I have no VPN/firewall, I left the settings as they were before.
I have contacted Shadow PC support and they say there is no problem coming from them directly and seeing as I saw a friend stream via Shadow again yesterday I wonder why it would come from me knowing that it was reset to 0 again on Saturday to make sure it wasn't coming from Shadow PC, I have contacted my ISP and they confirm that there is no problem with my internet line, I have tried with another internet connection to be sure, with another local PC that opens the Shadow, but nothing changes, it's still the same. If it would have never worked I would have given up since then but as it worked fine before I know it can work again and there is just a problem but what is the problem?

I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself but I'm looking for solutions everywhere and I sometimes forget what I said to some people
But thank you in any case for your help and your reactivity :)

you run OBS on the shadow instance ? i understand right so your ISP is not the problem OBS runs on the shadow system change test other twitch servers !

First of all, thank you for confirming that this is not coming from my ISP, then as I said at the beginning, I'm French and I use a translator to write and to be sure to understand everything perfectly but sorry to ask for a confirmation, but when you tell me to "test other twitch servers!" it's to test live on another platform than Twitch or to try on another server than the one "Auto" selects at the moment and to take for example another EU server or even to try a US server?

So I did a quick test on the Europe servers, I took them all to 100 quality, and bandwidth to the max but I took the one with the least RTT and it works perfectly THANK YOU so much <3

I streamed yesterday and everything was great, again today and currently live and everything is perfect so I think the problem is solved again THANKS to you!
