Loss of FPS in Iracing while OBS is running

Hi Guy's
Getting massive FPS drop occasionally which is weird will drop from 160 to 40 regardless if im streaming or just having obs open. Also just recently started getting encoder error as well. CPU usage when this error happens is low.
Any help would be appreciated.
