Loss in Window Capture

I use a seperate computer to re-stream vide to Twitch.

In the re-stream, I window capture a web page, with a still image and a text box..

You can see the Youtube streaming video from a camera inside a scale locomotive. But if I have another browser window, and maximize it, OBS will stop streaming the Yout tube video with the webpage.

Any suggestions? It is a consistant problem.

If you cover the window it is no longer being rendered by windows so OBS cannot capture what does not exist.
