Since updating to version 26 I have lost the ability to configure my Video settings and some Audio settings. When trying to configure Video settings I get an error message stating, "Video output is currently active. Please turn off any outputs to change video settings" However nothing is turned on.

Thank you. I had the same problem as bwilso above. I found that in Tools my VirtualCam was running. As soon as I stopped it, I was able to change the video setting.
That is how I noticed, though, that the little controls panel may give different information than the Tools section. The controls panel did NOT show me the VirtualCam running. Thanks again.

That'd be because ther one in the Tools menu is via the plugin, and the one in the Controls section is built into OBS. They're separate.
