Question / Help Losing signal while streaming (ElGato HD60)

Hey there guys,

once in a while my ElGato (or my computer or OBS, I don't know what it is...) decides to just quit on me mid-stream. It then says "No Signal" and I have to restart OBS altogether to get the signal back. I have no idea what's the cause, the timing is random as well, sometimes it happens after 15 minutes, sometimes I can stream for 3 hours or so without a problem. Did anyone encounter this problem as well and is there a possible fix for it? Thanks in advance!

Usb card? On my avermedia cards, and god knows we are many who have had issues with those - the problem is largely avoided by setting the card to unique IRQ and making sure the port isn't shared with another input that might interfer.
I should probably update that on the older thread but i think most moved on.
I believe the issue could persist on pci-e cards as well tho, as IRQ conflict can most definitively arise there as well.

Then there's possibility of bad drivers, they can seem to work well, but arent really perfectly stable. Only now, over a year since i got my capture card has it got a somewhat stable driver.
It's quite unbelievable to say the least, yet it is so. If it wasn't for that the grass isn't greener on any other sides, probably would have returned them instantly.
