Question / Help Losing internet connection while using OBS Studio

Hello.

I've been using OBS Studio for a very long time, but after last couple of updates i start getting some issue.
Some time after the start of the stream (about 4-5 hours) my internet completely goes down except the stream which is working normally (browser saying "no internet connection" and all online games and apps losing connection). Also the cpu usage of OBS goes from 3% up to 15% (I'm using NVENC so the cpu was always at 3% before).
As soon as I turn off OBS, the Internet is fully returned.

OBS isn't going to mess with your routers, firewalls, switches, etc. This sounds to me like your ISP is throttling your connection after some bit threshold is reached that takes you 4-5 hours of streaming to reach.

I contacted my provider's teh supp, and they noticed no issues on their side.
I had that issue only after 4 hour using OBS, and never outside that condition. Also i cant explain why the cpu usage of OBS grows in that moment. I guess OBS shouldnt mess with donwload channel since there separate channels on upload and download. Maybe that be a conflict somewhere in love triangle OBS-Windows-Roter?
Any ideas why that happens?

Not really. But in a 4 hour long stream, surely you have time to stop and restart it during a break or something, right?

there has been test's that says other wise unless op/ts is doing local recording

Well I tried to reinstall almost everything except windows and the problem is still here 8(
Its very annoying to restart stream because the vod separates in 2 pieces. Also issue returns in 20-30 mins after OBS restart (
