Losing frames in my recordings but not in game.

I am having a problem where my game plays perfect at 60fps never dropping below while recording but when I review the footage after, every 5-10 seconds there is a major fps drop in the recordings. I have tried searching google and these forums for a solution but have yet to be able to find one that works.

I also recorded the cpu, gpu, ram, and hard drive usage while recording game-play and none of them passed 75%.


If anyone can offer some advice on how I might resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
