Like most people here, I am having frame lose. Twitch is saying my connection is "excellent." I am not sure what I need to fix. Here is my log. Thank you for the help.

For whatever reason the website does not allow me to upload this file. Here is a Pastebin link to it.

09:42:47.672: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 2733 (8.7%)

That indicates internet bandwidth issues, commonly fixed by lowering bitrate or output resolution. Check your network connections and use the Auto-config wizard in the new Studio to help guide you towards optimal settings. Also, check your keyframe interval to ensure that it's set to 2 for Twitch.

Ok I have applied the new setting from the Auto-config wizard. However, now I am getting the failed to connect to twitch error. I check the mode, and made sure that I am connecting to Twitch. Here is my updated log. Before changing my settings given by the Auto-wizard, I could connect and stream.

Ok, I have updated a few things and here is my updated log. Is there anything else I should be adjusting. I still get a little dropped frames.

Seems like 2500 bitrate with NVEC is not dropping any frames from the auto-config wizard. No bandwidth or upload issues with that setting either it seems from the log. If you are happy with the picture quality at those settings, I would recommend keeping them. Only other alternative to stay at that bitrate but slightly improve picture quality would be to lower your resolution from 720p/30 to something like 540.
