Question / Help Losing FPS

Hello! My problem is basically I have a good amount of FPS in game and I just have frame drops in OBS... I look up some solutions but idk.. could it be because my graphics card being maxed or my cpu? my cpu doesnt seem to max out but it may be my graphics card..

I try to stream GTA V on PC and I have like maybe 2000/3000gb used on my graphics card in game and then I stream with obs.. I dont know what is happening.. any suggestions?

Remove all game capture sources from all scenes. Re-add ONE game capture source to use for ALL game captures

Fix your scaled output resolution to 1280x720 instead of 1080x720
