Question / Help Losing fps in CS:GO stream

I'm trying to stream cs:go without any frame drops but it will always drop from like 90 fps to around 55-60. it's very noticable in the game. I got an intel core i7 7700k and gtx 1070 8gb. should be powerful enough to stream the game right? anyone knows how to fix this or good settings for it? Let me know.

The OBS version is outdated, an update is recommended. If the autoupdater doesn't give a new version, find the latest on the front page.

i dont know how. but my game went to like 300fps. doesn't even get that high if i'm not streaming. but thanks xD
