Question / Help loosing kbs when i press star steaming

upload speed 4.4 used 4.000 bitrate for streaming at 720p 30fps ryzen 3600x and gtx 1660ti i have tried both x264 and nvec(new)no idea what is best for my specs but the problem is that when i press start streaming the 4.000kbs going down to 500 also the server is on auto have tried manualy some servers but the same problem also i dont have any antivurys programm

You will likely never be able to stream at the full upload speed of your home internet connection. It is usually over-provisioned to subscribers and I'm assuming you also have other devices attached to your router/switch using that bandwidth. I'd recommend connecting with an Ethernet cable and trying to stream 852x480 1000 Kbps bitrate.

i already have ethernet cable on my pc no other device on home only mobile phone

after changing to nven new now kbs seems stable but no idea if that gonna stay for ever
