Loosing conections on obs for 1-2 sec but not on my router

Hello! it's the first time i got this issue and i would like to know what it cause exactly,i was streaming and then obs loose the conextions for 1-2 sec and then contitue to stream again(Sorry for my english,and thank to people reading/answer to me)
