Looping mp4 Chroma Key Issue

Hello, new here...

I have a looping mp4 overlay, and a chroma key filter on it. It works perfectly fine for what appears to be one loop, and then for the next it changes to grey. It loops between these two.

If I don't loop the video and it just ends, it takes on the grey as well... any tips?
