Loom Like Concept

I have a need to create a Loom type product that will allow users to shoot video either via a plugin or direct from our CMS.
In a perfect world it would combine Loom and the ability to upload on the fly to YouTube or really anywhere.

I need direction on if I can use OBS or i need a different tool.
