Question / Help Looks bad on youtube!

When I render my videos in Vegas Pro 14 recorded in OBS Studio they look amazing on my computer but once uploaded to youtube they get blurry and look not even close to the normal video. I got both my OBS Settings and my render settings from a youtuber and his videos look great and they look like they have not lost any quality when uploaded but mine look blurry with the same exact settings. I've searched for so long online and everyone says that youtube will automatically make the videos lose quality but I don't understand why the youtuber who I got the settings from has amazing quality but I have horrible quality. If anyone could help that'd be great I just have no idea what to do and I'm pretty close to giving up!

Btw, idk if it's needed but my specs are:
i7 7700
GTX 1070
16 gb ram

How long are you waiting? YouTube re-encodes everything you upload so it could take a while for the higher-quality options to be available. Check back in a few hours after upload and see if they look better.

I uploaded many videos and had them up for over two days and they still looked the exact same and the HD options are available. I can watch the video in 1080p60fps which is what it's set at but it just looks worse. It looks nothing like anyone elses 1080p60fps
