Question / Help Looking to optimize the stream

Greetings streamers! Had a decent stream this weekend, everything went pretty smoothly. The audio/video seems to be going in & out of sync as the stream goes on... dialog is off sync halfway through but by the end it's back in sync. Trying to get things tweaked before the next stream!
