Question / Help Looking to improve stream quality

Hi guys,

Just wonder if any of you veterans have suggestions on how I can tweak my settings to improve stream quality. My stream often freezes and stutters. Also my desktop is quite old as you can see from my stream log I posted below.

As you scale in VIDEO settings, don´t rescale again in output settings.

I own same graphics card. You can use NVENC if you want.

My case: canvas 1600x900 scaled in VIDEO settings to 1280x720 LANCZOS filter. NVEC encoding in output settings without rescaling.

Your machine is able to encode fast enough.
But you are losing 83.8% of your stream, because of insufficient bandwidth. Either your upload bandwidth is too low to support an upload speed of 3500, or you have something else running that is eating up your bandwidth, or someone else who is also using your internet connection is eating up your bandwidth. What is the bandwidth of your internet connection?
