Hello, I'm looking the best settings for getting very low video file size. I used OBS earlier in the month and got 300/400mo size files for 40 to 50 minutes videos, but due to a a bug of W10 I had to reinitialize the PC and lost the save of OBS. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thanks.

Set the Settings mode to Simple.
Set the Recording mode to Indistinguishable.
Use either NVENC, QSV, or AMF if available; otherwise x264.

This will get you clean, high-quality video. Then re-encode it using something like Handbrake later with a non-realtime encoder to get the filesize down to something smaller, while preserving as much video quality as possible. This means large initial recording sizes, but will get you smaller ones after the re-encode, while still looking decent. Turning down the recording quality during the recording will just result in bad-looking video.
