The important thing I need is a capturing solution for the following formats:
A) ntsc RF
B) Component YPbPr 3 RCA
C) SCART RGB with a (I assume) chipless SCART to 3 RCA converter.
I have a CRT VGA, a Video to VGA adapter with composite. S Video and VGA in, and a VGA RGB <-> 3 RCA YPbPr converter.
Also downstairs I need either a Component video capture device THAT DOES NOT TAP AN IP ADDRESS, or component to HDMI converter.
thankfully, my ezcap compatible HDMI capture doesn't have to tap the IP network. The reason why I shouldn't use the IP is because our home network is at 1.5 Mb/s in, 400 kb/s out. When capturing a video, even when not broadcasting on twitch, Dad's Amazon Prime video gets interrupted, and stops when I stop.
That's why no IP.
