Question / Help Looking for help setting up OBS settings.

I am looking for some help setting up my settings for OBS studio. Below I will list my specs and internet speed. I would appreciate any advice or help you could offer.

CPU: i7 4790
GPU: Gtx 950 ftw
Internet 26 down/ 3 up

I am streaming mainly the division and want the stream to run the smoothest and look the best for my audience! Thank you in advance for anyone that can help.
