Looking for English version GV-USB2 drivers

I am looking for the English version drivers for the IO Data GV-USB2 capture device. I have the device installed but cannot read the driver CD that came with the device. None of the websites I went to were valid.

Updating the USB 3.0 drivers worked.

I have the exact same problem. How do I update the USB 3.0 drivers? BTW, I'm on windows 10.
