I read through the "Dropped Frames?" sticky and tried all the solutions there, but I have a rather odd problem. Here is the log from my most recent stream:

I have been running into an issue where after approximately 5 hours of streaming, my bitrate/frames will become unusable. I have nearly 0 dropped frames before that point, but I hit that magic hour and my stream is over. I've waited upwards of 15-20 minutes on stream for the connection to stabilize and it never does.
Yesterday, I was only able to stream for 3.5 hours before I hit "The Wall™".
Today, one hour.
I don't know enough about the logs to be able to identify if there's any sort of issue in there. While I am actively dropping 50-80% of my frames and OBS' bitrate is displaying anywhere between 1-3 MB/s, I can run a speed test WITH THE STREAM STILL RUNNING and show I'm receiving a solid 20 MB/s of upload speed.
I have attempted to address most other possible causes: I've tried restarting the stream, the modem, exchanging the modem, changing my DNS, running the TwitchTest connection inspector at https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest, all come back perfectly fine (showing a ping of ~30 to the server I use and 99 quality). I have tried closing virtually all other programs than OBS once the framerate starts tanking, so that OBS has access to 100% of my CPU, and the bitrate does not improve so I believe it is not a CPU issue either.
I'm at a loss. I don't necessarily think it's the fault of OBS but I have no idea where else to turn and was hoping someone could at least look at that log and give me an idea of WHY this is happening, so I can go about figuring out how to fix it.
