Maybe raising the bitrate to 8000 or 5000? Idk, the higher the bitrate, the higher the quality, but do note that people with bad internet will not watch you streaming because of buffering... While, there is a possible even amount of the people on Twitch that will just simply will not watch your stream because of bad video quality if you keep your bitrate at the recommended level (2500 kbps) that Twitch provides. Either one, Your pick.
(If I'm wrong just say so, but please don't be so bashful).

This is wrong. Streaming to Twitch as a non-partner above 2000 Kbps is generally not recommended, as they will not offer transcodes for you. Twitch also does not allow non-partners to stream above 3500 Kbps. They begin considering your stream a Denial of Service attack at about 6000 Kbps, and they may ban your account.
