Question / Help Looking for best settings for streaming CS:GO

Hey,
looking for best OBS Studio settings for streaming CS:GO on twitch(no partner).
My present stream quality is probably not very good.

My setup:

CPU: i5-6600k 3,5GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: GTX 960

Internet speed : 200/20

In game resolution: 1280x960

Is 720p 3000bitrate 30fps and veryfast/faster will be ok?
Will my CPU handle 40fps +?

Looking for your help guys :)

I don't think this log shows any recording/streaming attempts. Upload a log file that did have an attempt.
