Looking for auto-exposure tool

I'm looking for a filter, plugin, script or other tool in obs that would automatically adjust the image exposure of my stream. I am not asking about the "configure video" properties options for video capture sources.

My use case is that I am using a mirrorless camera to stream an outdoor water polo match. I am choosing to shoot in a log gamma and applying a LUT in obs to increase dynamic range to compensate for harsh reflections on the water. The problem is that the camera can't shoot in a log and an auto-exposure mode, like aperture- or shutter-priority. This is fine for games during the day, but for a match around dusk where the ambient light changes this is not ideal.
The workflow I'm envisioning would be to set my camera to its native iso and then apply a filter to its video source in obs that would analyze the feed for its overall brightness, check it against a threshold value, and then apply a digital gain to the entire image.

Please let me know if such a tool exists, or if I just bite the bullet and change camera modes. Thanks!
