Question / Help Looking for a slightly better upload quality video signal ¿Do i need a higher specs. ¿Do i need a better GPU?

First of all, thank you in advance for any help provided. Second, i have done a forum search and although some posts mention the advantages of having a dedicated GPU (GTX 1650 Super) it is still not clear to me if buying that would improve my quality streaming to YouTube... so here´s my question.

¿What do i use OBS for? To livestream on YouTube
¿What is the resolution of the signal coming in to OBS from my videocamera? 1080p (50p as the camera is PAL)
¿What is the resolution of the signal going out from OBS to the YouTube servers? 1080p @ 50p
¿What is my uploading speed? 10 Mb/s
¿Do i have streaming issues? No.
¿Do i have skipped frames while streaming? No.

So.... ¿what is my issue? ... None really... but hear me out... when i see the capture card (AverMedia mini GL310) spitting out the video signal into my OBS, i can see some artifacts (not very noticeable but they are there, nevertheless)

So my question is pretty simple: If i but the MSI Nvidia GTX 1060 Super, will my streaming quality improve?

My setup is i7-8700k @ 4.7 GHz + 32 GB RAM + Intel OnBoard GPU

I would appreciate any advice given; please remember, i do not need the setup for recording while streaming, but just for streaming a nice crisp Full HD signal into YouTube.

Regards

if you are using x264 encoding and using a preset of medium or higher. then you can get better quality buy using a dedicated Turing graphics card as its quality is similar to the slow preset. the 1060 super will NOT give you that quality as it is not a turing graphics card.

If you have the money to burn get yourself the EVGA 2060 KO or EVGA 2060 KO Ultra. this has the same turing chip as the 20180 only with less cuda cores.

If you want to save money you can get a 1650 super, but it is a rather weak card. get the one above for $100 more.

@BigYuckFou , thanks a lot man... No, i don´t have a few spare COP to burn :-) So, since i won´t use the card for anything other than to stream 1080p to YouTube, then the 1650 Super would help me increasing the quality uploaded. Is that conclusion correct? Or can i further push my CPU to achieve a better-quality signal? Again, thanks.
