looking for a plugin Progress Bar

I am looking for a plugin that I can include in OBS where I can give a progress bar an individual value 1-100%. If I enter as an example in a txt file 50% that the bar then fills up to half

You can take a javascript loading bar in an HTML page.
Add a Browser source and point to the page (can be local).
