I've been on the hunt for a PC this summer and i've had no luck whatsoever. Im looking to spend around $400-450 so I can run OBS streams at at least 720p 30 fps and also be able to run sony vegas efficiently. I have an HD60 elgato so I don't know if that helps at all. Im pretty sure im going to need an i5 processor and 8 gigs of ram to be able to do what I need it to do but im really not sure and Im having a hard time. It seems like my budget won't be able to purchase the PC I need... am I wrong??
