Long recordings turn into audio file

So I updated to the newest version of obs yesterday and after I finished recording (1 hour raw footage) the file played as a audio file even though when looking at the properties it says mp4 video.

When I recorded short videos, it was perfectly fine.
Has anyone else ran into this?

I've also found this. I can't import the footage to premiere pro as it says there's an encoding error and only has the audio. Short videos are ok
