Question / Help LoL Black Screen

I have been trying to figure this out and for the life of me, I can't. I've tried looking up videos and tutorials and no one seems to have an answer. The problem I'm having is when I try to stream League of Legends, the client shows up but the game itself does not. I get audio, but no video. Here's a list of stuff I tried.

A bunch of videos said go windowed or borderless, but borderless still gives a black screen. I'm not sure if windowed would work, but even if it would the way league is set up I would have to shrink the window or deal with not being able to see certain information, neither I'm willing to do.

I've also heard to add it to the Nvidia card settings, but nothing changed when I did. Same thing for Windows 7 compatibility mode.

If it helps, I am running Windows 10 and the Nvidia graphics card.

20:04:43.612: OBS 0.12.3 (64bit, windows)

You are using an ancient version of OBS Studio. Game Capture has had to change a lot since 0.12.3, largely due to the capture hooks needing to be changed to successfully capture games in newer updates of Windows. Please update to OBS Studio 0.16.2 or later, and try again.

I recommend that you post your own thread, with a log. Also, please check this thread (if you have a laptop) and this list of Game Capture conflicts:
Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.

Yes, some games effectively run in admin mode, so you have to run OBS in admin mode to be able to properly hook into them.
