For a church livestream I'm looking for a possibility to automatically insert the beamer / projectors image if the image is not totally black. Then this should appear as picture in picture of the camera image. If the image is totally black, the pip should be transparent, so the camera image is visible.
I hat some tries with color key filter and it works not bad. But if the presentation has black letters, the black letters (or other parts of the image) gets transparent and disturbs the presentation.
The basic idea is like a modern laser based projector works: As soon as any non-black pixel is present in the picture, the projector leaves the lamp low power mode and power the lamp fully to present the image.
So I look for a 'filter' that enables the picture in picture if any of the pixel is not black. The pro is that the user does not need to click on a source to enable or disable.
