Hi. Could somebody help understand this?
I have very constant fps and super smooth and incredable good looking gameplay at 4k, it's just amazing.
It's also super amazing and smooth if I stream at 4k 60fps to YouTube using AV1 with up to 35mpbs.
But! If I try to stream to Twitch using NVENC -- since Twitch still doesn't support AV1 and theorically only allows 1080p -- my gameplay is still amazing, but the stream stutters quite often, you can clearly see it's NOT smooth/fluid, even though I'm sending a shitty stream like 1080p 60fps 6~8mbps (doesn't matter canvas size, tried 4k and rescale; and 1080p no rescale).
What am I doing wrong?
Quick pc specifications:
RTX 4070 TI
16GB
i7 8700
1tb nvme 3600mb/s read 3400mb/s write
