Question / Help Logitech Webcam C920 Not Working

So one day I was done streaming, just turned everything off like normal, and the next day my webcam wasn't showing up. So I click on the settings, the word "Device", "FPS", and "Video Format" are all in red, while the text is greyed out and I cannot click on it.
My webcam does work, and OBS studio picks up my very low quality laptop webcam.

Try selecting the other C920 in the device list.

It happens when camera was plugged off from USB. Plug you cam in different port. New device should appear - select it instead. Or plug in cam before OBS Studio start and select "new" (not grayed device). Almost same: Webcam not activating
