Logitech Streamcam "Flickering" Issue

I recently changed my webcam to Logitech Streamcam, and since then there's this strange "flicker" (for lack of a better word) which randomly happens for 1-2 frames every maybe 15-30 minutes. This happens regardless of whether I'm recording/streaming.

I also have a "Crop" and "Color Correction" filter on the element.

The webcam comes with its own cable with a USB-C connection, which I plugged straight into the USB-C input on my motherboard (ASUS ROG Strix Z370-F)
I've installed the latest version of the Logitech Capture software, which I was not running at the same time as OBS.

I have not been able to fix the issue, and I've tried quite a bit. It's not an issue limited to OBS, though. I've had it happen in other webcam apps like Zoom. I wish I had better news.

I've solved my problem by simply using an usb-c to usb-a adapter and plugging the webacm directly in a 3.0 usb plug on the laptop.
I've found this solution on the logitech support forum and it seems also some other people solved by doing this.
