Bug Report Logitech HD Pro c920 webcam white balance resets through OBS config

I have a Logitech HD Pro c920 webcam (driver version 13.80.853.0) under Windows 8.1, set as a Video Capture Device source in OBS Multiplatform 0.11.2. In OBS, when I check the Video Capture Device's "Properties," then click the "Configure Video" button, I find that the camera's Advanced Settings > White Balance slider (I have the "Auto" box unchecked for this property) has been set all the way to the left, instead of in the middle where I had last saved it:

1. Run OBS Multiplatform.
2. Double-click my Video Capture Device already set to use the HD Pro c920 webcam.
3. Click "Configure Video."
4. Go to the "Advanced Settings" tab in the webcam driver setup window.
5. With "Auto" unchecked, set the "White Balance" slider to 50%.
6. Click "Save."
7. Close the driver settings window.
8. Close OBS windows and exit the program.
9. Unplug the webcam (USB 2.0).
10. Plug the webcam back in.
11. Run OBS Multiplatform.
12. Double-click my Video Capture Device already set to use the HD Pro c920 webcam.
13. Click "Configure Video."
14. Go to the "Advanced Settings" tab in the webcam driver setup window.
==> The "White Balance" slider has been reset all the way to the left, rather than at 50%, where it had been saved.

I'm reporting this here rather than to Logitech because if I go to the White Balance settings through Logitech's "Logitech Webcam Software" app rather than through OBS, the "White Balance" slider position never resets, even if I unplug and then reconnect the webcam; it only seems to get reset if I go to the webcam's settings through OBS, as detailed in the steps above.

I have to add something here and since this is almost exactly my Problem aswell, I don't need to open a new Thread.
Driver are up to date.
No matter if I configure my Camera on OBS or the Cam Itself, it will always reset the White Balance on the next day.

And that BS! Logitech Support is no help:
http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Webcams/C920-white-balance-setting-not-saving-at-reboot/td-p/1054983

That "solution" didn't helped either:

Any Idea or are we the only ones with this Issue?

I have the C920 as well, and its the Logitech software that resets every time you restart your PC. OBS doesnt reset it. Never was able to find a fix for this,

I have only the driver installed. So Logitech never bothered to fix that? I was hoping there is a fix, but that the Forum post was never fully answered shows that they are a lazy bunch at Logi...

The problem is the Logitech software. You have to delete the controller AND the drivers. Then just unplug and plug the cam back in and let windows install drivers then use OBS to configure the cam.

I tried that but the webcam is laggy then and looks like below 30FPS
