Logitech C922x Webcam causes render lag? PLEASE HELP

Idk why but every time I try to stream with the webcam it causes render lag, fps loss, literally ruins the stream so that the audio speeds up then is out of sync ENTIRELY, etc.

But why? I've tried to find fix after fix for the webcam, adjusting the settings, etc. Nothing is working. Please help.

It's only when It's enabled in OBS, even when not recording or streaming, that it causes the render lag, fps loss, etc.

Also my device specifcations:
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen support

Okay so now I think I may have found out, it may have been because the webcam resolution was too big? Like why have it at like 720 resolution but scaled down? so I changed it so something smaller and it seems to be doing better. not sure if this is a sure-fire fix tho

Please post a log of a recording or streaming session It's needed to see what OBS is doing
