I recently bought a C922x webcam and the quality is terrible. Very grainy and blurry regardless of how much lighting is available (one of its highlighted features is that it should be good in dim light). I have scoured online forums for configuration tips, specifically right now I am on the Logitech support page for Mac, and the biggest problem I am running into is that the settings menus needed do not exist in the software, or within menus I do find there are not the same data fields. For instance there is no configure button anywhere. There is no Camera Control tab and no checkbox for low light compensation.
Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.
