Hi there question how to get this effect for my webcam Logitech C922? Because the cam is zooming only so not the good effect if its possible see photo thx

Looks like they are using a camera with a wide-angle lens. You can't just "do" that with a webcam. I filter could be created that adds lens distortion, but if the camera is already starting too zoomed-in, the effect won't look right. I recommend getting a proper camera/lens. A GoPro could do this.
