Question / Help Logitech C270 Not starting up yet light shows its on

Hi all, I purchased a Logitech C270 for streaming and recording and it used to work but what sucks is now I can't turn it on and off during streaming without restarting my obs several times until it randomly starts up.
And when it works, my display desktop and games won't show so I feel like certain scenes clash together some how and only one of them will want to run at the same time.
Now it just doesn't start at all.

are you using the same camera source for all your scenes, or does each of your scenes have it's own camera source. Because the are global, if you have the same camera as different sources on different scenes, you have to deactivate the active one before activating another

I am but the camera won't start up at all sometimes. Like it will work fine in skype but OBS just doesn't seem to make it start

If you use transitions (except "cut") webcam won´t be reconnected when you change scene.

It's not even that, getting it to load first time around too!
