LOGITECH BRIO/OBS...NO 4K !!!

I've tried everything. I get ZERO options for 4K using the following: OBS, Logitech BRIO, FocusRite 2i2, Shure SM7B, and iMac (2021/M1). What am I missing?
I can't manually type-in the bitrate or anything. The video quality sucks.
