Question / Help Logitech Brio not showing 4k Option

My brand new Logitech Brio does not seem to offer a 4k option in OBS Studio? No matter what I do it will only show a maximum of 1920x1080... I've done quite a bit of googling... My system has not one but two Nvidia 1080tis in SLI, so there is plenty of horsepower, and my default resolution is 3840x2160 :( Is there something special I need to do? If I manually type in the resolution, nothing shows up

It needs USB3.0 to unlock higher than 1080p. If it doesn't see that, it resorts to USB2.0 mode (1080p30 cap).

Wow... Thank you for answering!! I was pounding my head against the wall.. I mean I have an Asus Rampage VI Extreme Motherboard with 12 USB 3 ports and only two USB 2 ports.. I checked, and the brio is plugged into the usb 3... So I'm like, well what else could it be... Would you believe it was the cable? When I ordered the brio amazon "suggested" a 15 foot extension cable so I threw that into the cart.. what the heck right? So now I pulled the order up again and see that the "suggested" cable by amazon was only usb 2.0!! I plugged the cable in that came with the brio, and whala! Apparently amazon doesn't "Check" their suggests.. Thanks dude! :)

I have my camera connected to a USB 3.0 with the original cable that it came with it should support the 4k option and yet it does not. Do you know if there's anything else I could try?
