I am on Windows 10, version 1903 (latest version).
My webcam (Logitech Brio 4K webcam) freezes up when I press 'Start recording'. At first it would show 6 seconds of video and then freeze. Now it just freezes but you get audio and there is a big bright green strip under the video with metadata text of the filename.
However the Logitech webcam works just fine in other apps inside Windows such as the Windows 10 camera app etc. I called Logitech and they said its working fine and to contact OBS to see if they have any ideas on how to get this source going again...
I must clarify that OBS worked fine in the last version of Windows 10 (with the same web cam), (version 1809) so its not a hardware issue most likely.
