Question / Help Logitech Brio 4k quality issue?

Hello my fellow streamer friends :-)

I just bought the Logitech Brio 4k and wanted to replace it with my Logitech C922 webcam. Unfortunately the quality is... moderate...
Here are 2 clips, one with the C922 und one with the Brio:
C922: Clip1
Brio 4k: Clip2

The Brio is like flickering all the time and make me look like a bad made film from the 60s'. Tested it on another PC in OBS Studio and there was the same result. If I check the settings via the Logitech Software the cam looks way more better and super smooth and clean.

Is this a known problem? As far as I'm aware of DrDisrespect is using the Brio 4k aswell and his poisonous caterpillar aka slick daddy looks absolutly perfect.

I'd suspect that the USB bandwidth is being exceeded. Generally anything over about 540p gets hard to do over USB, especially if anything else is on the same USB bus. Make sure you're using USB 3.0 and try to find a USB root hub that nothing else is on. Limit the resolution to 540p (or so) unless you're sure you need it bigger. Establish a baseline of something that works and then slowly increase the settings until it doesn't work, then you'll know what change broke it.

Once you have the best settings you can determine by yourself, do a 5 minute or longer test stream while doing high action gameplay (not just standing around talking), and post the OBS log file from that stream. You may need to close out of OBS afterwards to make sure the log file is completely saved to disk first.
