Question / Help Logitech 120 webcam not displaying

Hi all,
I am using a Logitech 120 webcam on Windows 7 Home Premium.
My webcam has the latest drivers installed,
When I add a Video Capture device I get to this screen, the webcam lights up but but does not display.

All I get on screen is a red icon.

any thoughts please?
