I had a fl studio account with licence, i put my computer in the shop to get fix and they had to factory reset it and when i try login back in it said i need the serial number and the last time i seen that paper was years ago so i'm trying to see if i can get the info from fl studio. thank you so much

Hi there, this is the support forum for OBS Studio, not FL Studio. You'll want to contact Image-Line, they seem to have a support site.
