Question / Help Log says encoder can't be found?

The log is posted below, I read it a bit and saw the aac encoder couldn't be found, so I downloaded the iCloud installer, extracted and installed the Apple sound file for 64x (Which solved my muffled issue). When I restarted OBS though and looked at the next log it still says the encoder can't be found. I have two storage drives, with OBS installed on my C (main) drive.

No, don't worry about that message. Some of the errors that show up in the log are for information purposes only. Some are really not errors at all. I went through your log and it looks fine. Enjoy.
 
That's not just an informational error, it's saying that the AAC encoder isn't there, which makes a difference. Lots of people don't bother with this, but if they installed the encoder, OBS should be able to see it:

This is what I did when I installed the encoder. I installed the 64-bit version though since I also use OBS Studio's 64-bit version. Do I need to install the 32-bit as well?
 
Update: I installed both the 32-bit and reinstalled the 64-bit AAC encoders and it recognizes it in the new log file below. However, below it still saying it can't find certain modules, an excerpt is below.
