Question / Help Log question

my issue is actually lag related, but i can't even post a log, as i cannot see a menu at the top of obs to select help?

where is the help menu so i can send a log file?
i am using version 0.18.5.
i watched a youtube video of someone using a version of obs from this year, and i noticed that there was no menu at the top of their screen showing a help menu?

Since it's not possible to deactivate the menu bar of OBS Studio, you're probably using some other software and not OBS Studio if you cannot see the menu bar. This forum deals with OBS Studio only.
