Bug Report (Log included) Screen Flickering on Twitch Stream

Hey guys,

About a month ago, without changing any settings, black flickering has been appearing on my stream. I don't see anything in OBS when I'm looking at my scenes and it only seems to happen when there's nothing moving on the screen. But only the viewers see it. I can also see it if I watch my stream preview from my Twitch dashboard. I have absolutely no idea what's caused this but I'd really like to fix it. It seems to be getting worse and flickering more often. I've included a log file (of course it's from after I was trying to troubleshoot things myself) and there's also a link to an example of the flickering.
I've tried things like making a scene from scratch, upgrading and downgrading my version of OBS, updating my graphics cards, but nothing's worked so far.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Try updating OBS Studio first, your version is quite old. You should also connect both monitors to your NVIDIA GPU; currently one is connected to the iGPU on your 4790K. If the problem continues after doing these two things, post an updated log.

Okay, I'll try updating the software again. As for my monitors, I didn't think about that. I'll be getting a cable for my second monitor on Tuesday and will post an update if the problem still persists.
