Question / Help Log Experts help me!

I'm trying to stream but for some reason the stream is super laggy. I have a 37.2 upload speed and 81 download speed.
My PC has:
Windows 10 i7-8700 cpu @ 3.20ghz
Nvidia geforce gtx 1060 3gb
16 gb ram

If anyone could help me with the obs settings to stream that would be very helpful thanks!

Your monitor is connected to the integrated GPU on your mainboard. Connect it to your external GPU. As long as it is connected to the iGPU, your powerful Nvidia GPU isn't used.
